How many teens (or yourself) know about alternative ways of dealing with everyday stresses?

This is a poll for a school project. Please let me know how many teens, specifically, or yourself know about alternative ways to deal with stress. For example: Raiki, Massage Therapy, Accupuncture, Guided Imagery, Mental Relaxation

we don't.
when I get stressed I do nothing about it 'cause there's not much I CAN do about it.
and that's the case with most teens I've found on Yahoo! Answers and that I know.
