How can you stimulate your spirituality?

Question by Nona W: How can you stimulate your spirituality?

I want to stimulate my spirituality and at the same time open up to other people and be sociable. Can that happen? I can't seem to be both at the same time. How can i return to my spiritual stimulation?

Also, i like to only write when i'm spiritually motivated.
